Jiang Miao was born in Jilin in 1981. She is a diverse artist and specializes in contemporary Woodblock Printmaking. She obtained a B.A.F. in 2005 and a M.A.F. in 2009 with a major in Woodblock Printmaking from the top Chinese Art school – Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, China, where most of the influential Chinese artists nowadays studied at. Her artworks have already been collected by various museums, galleries, and collectors worldwide. Jiang Miao is one of the most talented upcoming young artists from China.
